Weirdy is a rectangular mat worked in Torchon Lace on a logarithmic grid. Uses 50 pairs of bobbins plus extra for the diamonds in the oval shapes.
Weirdy is worked in Torchon Lace on a logarithmic graph grid. This mat is larger than most and because the grid has larger spaces between the pinholes a slightly thicker thread is needed. The diamonds in the oval sections are worked in a contrasting colour. Suitable for the more experienced lace maker as it needs 50 pairs of bobbins with an extra pair for the coloured diamonds.
Pack contains picture of finished mat and a black and white copy with alternative stitches. Sheet with a few working instructions, stitches used, equipment needed, suggested threads and a copy of the pricking.
